Weather, bay traffic, Coast Guard activity, and special events may occasionally affect departure times, routes, or operating conditions. Check available departures online when booking. If you already have a reservation and need a sailing-status update, contact us before arriving.
Your tickets are valid only for the specific departure date and time selected during checkout.
We may allow reservations to be changed prior to departure depending on availability. Rebooking requests are subject to a rebooking fee and fare difference when applicable.
If you miss the boat, you must pay a $15 rebooking fee to move your reservation to another departure, subject to availability.
Last-minute changes are not guaranteed, especially during weekends, holidays, and high-demand departures.

Check your confirmation for the exact check-in and boarding location for your selected cruise. Bayside has multiple tour operators, so confirm you are at the correct boarding area before joining a line.
Allow extra travel time for Downtown Miami traffic and finding parking. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure, or earlier if your confirmation requires it. Parking costs are separate from your cruise ticket.
Guests must present their tickets or confirmation barcode on their mobile device during boarding.
Please have all tickets open and ready before arriving at the boarding area to help speed up the check-in process.
If you purchased through a reseller or received a voucher, follow the redemption instructions in your confirmation before arrival. Contact us if you are unsure whether an additional reservation is required.
All tickets should be purchased online in advance prior to arrival.
Please bring your email confirmation or mobile ticket with you for boarding. Seating is limited and availability may sell out on busy dates, weekends, holidays, and sunset departures.
Reservation changes are only available when paying an applicable rebooking fee and are subject to availability.
What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for weather conditions, late arrivals, missed departures, route adjustments, personal scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons.
Cruises operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, Coast Guard, or local authorities.
If you purchased tickets through a third-party seller such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Tripadvisor, Expedia, or another reseller, all sales remain subject to that provider’s policies and procedures.
In the event Miami Magic City Cruises cancels a departure, guests who booked directly through our website may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Advance reservation changes must be requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Requests to change your reservation within the 24 hours before departure are generally not accepted.

Our daytime and sunset sightseeing cruises explore Biscayne Bay for approximately 90 minutes. Vessel features may vary by departure; contact us if you have a specific seating or boarding requirement.
Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to allow enough time for check-in and boarding.
Boarding closes shortly before departure and the vessel cannot return for late guests.

Outside alcoholic beverages, coolers, and large outside food items are not permitted onboard.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the vessel.
