Know before you board
Bring your booking confirmation, a camera, and a light layer for the bay breeze. Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure, and follow the check-in instructions on your confirmation. Sunset colors and visibility depend on the weather, and sunset timing varies by season. Check the booking calendar for available 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM departures.
Allow extra time for parking and walking to the boarding location. Review the boarding rules and any updates in your reservation confirmation before you travel.
Changes, missed departures, and refunds
All ticket sales are final. If you miss the boat, a $15 rebooking fee applies to move your reservation to another departure, subject to availability. If Miami Magic City Cruises cancels a departure, guests who booked directly may be offered a reschedule or refund. Third-party bookings follow the seller’s policies and procedures.
